When will my order be shipped?

Most of the products will be shipped out in 3-5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

*If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, production and shipment may be delayed. Please allow additional working days in transit for delivery.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. Buyers are also responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

When will I receive my parcel?
For domestic shipping it takes roughly about 3-7days. Overseas might be longer which are 14-20working days and so.

*If you are still unable to receive the parcel after the standard delivery days, please drop us an email.

If my parcel is lost during delivery, can I request a refund?
Sincerely apologize that the shop owner won't take any responsibility for any LOST package during delivery.

After I receive my parcel, the product is broken during delivery, what should I do?
You can contact us and send proof of the broken product (image or video). The shop owner will resend a new one if the evaluation is approved.

Is there any other place that can contact the shop owner?
Yup! You can drop us a dm on IG or FB if the email is not responded.

订单多久会寄出呢?
一般国内是3-5的工作日就会寄出,不包括公共假期和周末。

*如果面临高峰期,那么就会延迟几天甚至几周才寄出。

能寄去海外吗?
没问题哦~当然有些国家没办法的话我们就会退款。任何国家的税务与关卡杂费都需要客户自付哦。

我会什么时候收到包裹呢?
国内的话一般是3-7天。国外就14-20天,甚至会更久哦。

不能哦。店家是不会负全责,因为是运输方出问题。

请马上联系店家然后拍下照片或影片让我们评估。通过评估后,我们就会再次免费寄出一样的产品给顾客哦。
